Booking Terms

A request for information is not binding and is not a contract for the customer or for La casa di Lucia. A request for a booking will be considered an order and is binding for the customer but not for La casa di Lucia, who is free to refuse the booking. A booking confirmation sent by La casa di Lucia to the customer is binding for both parties and constitutes stipulation of a booking agreement with option. In the event of a booking deposit being requested, the customer shall send this deposit within the amount of time indicated by La casa di Lucia management, so that the option is removed and the booking confirmed definitively. At this point, La casa di Lucia undertakes to email the customer a confirmation. All bookings must be reconfirmed by email, accepting the venue’s cancellation conditions. The booking becomes binding for La casa di Lucia only after the deposit has been received (for a total of 30% of the overall cost of the stay). In the event of a cancelled booking, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Notification of payment should be emailed (a booking becomes binding for La casa di Lucia only after the deposit has been received).
